Opened in 1972, Joe's Easley Ice Cream Parlor is one of those places where everyone who walks in finds the same friendly greeting whether they are a day laborer or doctor. Joe's is synonymous with great hot dogs in the Easley area. Also on the menu are hamburgers, chicken, hamburger steak, and, of course, ice cream.
